"2026 Peer-to-Peer Mental Health Listener Training (Open to the public-No experience required)
March 13–15, 2026
The D36 Ari Romer Community Foundation (www.d36arcfund.us) is committed to building stronger, healthier communities by training Peer-to-Peer Mental Health Listeners each year.
Our three-day training equips participants with skills in active listening, emotional support, mental health awareness, and community engagement. Participants upon completion of the program return to their families, workplaces, and neighborhoods prepared to offer informed, compassionate mental health support.
We focus specifically on serving men ages 18–36 — a population often underserved in mental health spaces. Our goal is to create safe environments where young men can express themselves, learn healthy coping strategies, build meaningful connections, and access guidance when they need it most.
By investing in peer leadership, we strengthen entire communities."
